Estherlands Educational Centre (EEC) is one of the leading institutions in providing training for teachers who are aspiring to build competency in the field of early childhood education. Established in 1975, EEC has trained thousands of students over the years and has helped in transforming the value of education being imparted in preschools all over the country and in many parts of the world.
The course has been carefully designed by distance learning specialists to serve as a transforming experience for teachers who are looking to dramatically increase the value of childcare and education that they are providing in their Montessori and Preschool environment. The course design is continuously evaluated and upgraded so as to stay relevant and up to date with the current demands and standards of early education and childcare. The course duration is of nine months and the most recent addition to this course is a partnership with FICS(UK) to offer the student an internationally recognised certificate at the end of the course, after taking an online exam conducted by FICS at Estherlands Educational Centre, Bangalore.
Despite being offered through a distance learning mode, this course provides the students with a practical and hands-on experience, helping them gain confidence and build skills that they can use immediately in the preschool. During the course, the student is encouraged to participate in the workshops and contact classes that are conducted regularly by highly trained and experienced faculty at the Centre. These workshops are offered to the students free of cost and enable them to interact with the faculty, clarify doubts and also acquire a practical component that enhances the learning experience. The practical part of the Montessori System is also introduced to the students at these workshops and great care is taken to make sure the students are made aware of the principles and practices along with the skills needed to become better teachers.
